Overview

In January 2013, Jacobs UK carried out a review of the Interior Landscaping Contract at their Winnersh, Reading office.  The brief was to design a modern, contemporary scheme, which would complement the building and Jacobs’ business activities. Green Team Interiors were successful in winning the contract and worked closely with Jacob UK’s Establishment Manager to create completely new look by introducing a series of free-standing displays.

The main reception area was of particular importance to the client and they were keen for the scheme to evoke a strong architectural and industrial look and feel.
Health and Safety is high priority and from the very first meeting it was clear that adherence to Jacob’s stringent policies would be of paramount importance.

Specification

Planter Selection:

The design scheme introduced a series of stunning ‘Lines’ Planters through the atrium and other client facing areas.

For all other areas, the planter chosen was the Cylik Lite, colour coded to match the themes on each floor:
Ground Floor:    Ultramarine Blue 
First Floor:    Red – Special ICI shade
Second Floor:    Yellow Green
Third Floor:    Orange – Special ICI shade
Fourth Floor:    Purple – Special ICI shade
