In wishing you and yours a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2021, it would be remiss of me not to mention the challenges of 2020, challenges that many of us continue to face.
There are only so many ways that we can describe 2020. Without recourse to indelicate language or a heavy reliance on euphemistic phrases, it suffices to say that it was ‘unprecedented’.
Our maintenance teams continue to visit customers where you have allowed, keeping an eye on every plant and display, and making sure that your workplaces are kept looking bright and healthy. These visits will of course be pre-arranged and entirely appropriate in terms of PPE and social distancing protocols.
Feedback following recent visits that have taken place are hugely encouraging and we have received a number of emails thanking our teams for their efforts. Typical of these messages is this from a customer in Berkshire: “Your visit and safety precautions mean a lot to our reception team, they worked their socks off making the office as safe a place as possible.’
We will continue to follow guidance from HM Government and maintain our own commitment to on-site safety, but please get in touch if there is anything else that we can do to help, either by reviewing the timing of our visits or by adopting additional safety protocols in line with any industry specific requirements that you may have.
